Training session in Weseke
This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming employees form our trading partners from Sweden, Spain, and Norway and some new colleagues from Börger UK to a multi-day training session.
The focus was on our rotary lobe pumps as well as solutions from the field of macerating technology. In addition to in-depth theoretical insights, there was a special emphasis on practical, hands-on training.
The personal interaction, collaborative learning, and direct, hands-on work with our systems make these training sessions particularly valuable. They not only strengthen technical understanding but also foster collaborative partnerships across national borders.
