The quick-release cover allows access to all wetted parts – easy and quick maintenance without removal of pipe or drive systems.

You can determine the maceration degree by selecting the blade configuration, the tooth profiles, the blade widths, the blade arrangement and the speed of the Multicrusher. In case of wear, the blades can be replaced individually.

The large-volume quench chamber is filled with oil which cools and lubricates the seals. The intermediate chamber protects the gear unit from pumped medium leaking in if the seal is defective. The oil-filled intermediate chamber ensures the highest degree of operational safety.

The different circumferential speeds of the carrier shafts and the sharp blades create an excellent cutting result.
