The IFAT in Munich was a Success

From 5 to 9 May 2014, the IFAT took place in Munich.  The IFAT is the Leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management and takes place every two years.

In addition to the proven Börger rotary lobe pump, Börger presented the three macerating units, Multicrusher, Multichopper and Rotorrake, on the IFAT this year. The new P500 Multichopper with a flow rate of up to 400 m³/h proved to be a crowd puller just like the mobile units exhibited. Alois Börger, managing director: "We are by now well known for our mobile pumps. Our rotary lobe pumps have a compact design. Thus, they are perfect for mobile use and can be used in a wide range of applications, for example as a disaster relief pump in flooded areas, as a hand cart pump or on a tanker truck."

Alois Börger was satisfied with the trade fair: "We are very satisfied with the way the fair went. Our stand was very well frequented and we could make many interesting new contacts."

Börger attaches great importance to a long service life and short maintenance times for all products. Alois Börger: "It is always fun to explain our products to new customers. Most of them are very surprised how easy our products can be maintained."
