The Börger company was founded in Borken-Weseke by the 25 year old Alois Börger. |
1976 |
Buying and selling technical equipment, general repair service. Setup of metal construction works as a single competitor using temporary workers. |
1977 |
Relocation to the first newly-built production hall at the Borken-Weseke site (still remains the headquarters of our parent company). |
1978 |
Restructuring of the pumps and pipeline engineering department. The first three full-time employees are hired. |
1980 |
Focus on pumps, tanks and pipeline construction begins. |
1982 |
The 10th full-time employee is hired. Börger starts training. Three apprentices are employed in the company. |
1983 |
Blasting and mixing equipment is added to the product line. The combination of mixing equipment and pumps becomes a sales hit. |
