1996 Börger becomes the leading manufacturer of rotary lobe pumps in Germany and Western Europe.
1997 Founding of Börger Pumps Asia Pte Ltd. in Singapore to expand and support the sales network in the Asia-Pacific region.
1997 Introduction of the rubber-coated rotor with unwetted core.
1998 Development and market launch of the helical screw rotors for low pulsation pumping.
1998 Founding of Börger France S.A.R.L. in Alsace/ France for direct sales to the French-speaking market.
1999 Patent is granted for push-on rotor tips in screw geometry.
1999 Conversion of the whole series to the MIP design. For all pumps, it is now possible for operating staff on-site to replace parts subjected to stress by the pumping medium without dismantling the pipe, drive or pump.
1999 Founding of Börger Pumps USA LLC. in Minnesota, to expand and support the sales network in North America.
1999 Construction of an additional production facility with 1,500 m² (16,146 sq. ft.) floor space. Company premises now at approx. 10,000 m² (10,7639 sq. ft.) .
