BIOSELECT BASE FRAME VERSIONS
After having selected the suitable Bioselect, the
frame is configured using a modular principle.
Börger produces the unit exactly tailored to your
needs – from the discharge height and the pumps
right up to the control technology.

THE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
The control cabinet made of stainless steel can be installed
at one of the two long sides or the back of the frame. Börger
control technology is programmed for the specific application and
thus ensures an optimum load of the separator at all times.
THE FEED PUMP
Depending on the Bioselect used, the suitable pump size of
the BLUEline PL series will be selected. The rotary lobe pump is
equipped with a directly flanged bevel gear drive.
The connector at the suction side can be supplied optionally facing
the motor or the pump cover.
Upon request, a 3-way valve is installed at the pressure side
allowing the pump to be used for transfer operations.
THE MACERATING TECHNOLOGY
A Multichopper P300 can be attached to the Bioselect frame.
The connector of the perforated disk macerator can be rotated by
360°.

THE LIQUID PHASE PUMP
Depending on the Bioselect used, the suitable pump size of
the BLUEline PL series will be selected. The rotary lobe pump is
equipped with a directly flanged bevel gear drive.
The connector at the suction side can be supplied optionally facing
the motor or the pump cover.
Upon request, a 3-way valve is installed at the suction side
allowing the liquid phase to drain without being hindered.

THE SAFETY DEVICE
Upon request, a cut to size resin-coated plywood board can
be mounted to the frame. The board protects the frame from
being contaminated by the conical pile.
