THE BIOSELECT POWERLIFT
The Bioselect achieves unrivaled high flow rates with a very
compact design which makes it perfectly suitable for mobile
applications. The Powerlift version of the separator can be
extended hydraulically to a discharge height of more than
4.30 m, so that even large dump trucks can be filled easily.

CONSTRUCTION AND FUNCTION
Feed pump
The Börger rotary lobe pump feeds the Bioselect and at the
same time sucks the medium to be separated through the
Multichopper.
Multichopper
The macerator shreds the fibers. Impurities are deposited in
the debris collector.

Bioselect
The Bioselect achieves very high flow rates. The DS content
in the solid phase is infinitely variable up to 38 %.
Liquid phase pump
The Börger rotary lobe pump conveys the separated liquid
to its destination.
Control technology
The entire unit is very easy to operate via the Börger control
technology which coordinates the operation of all devices
perfectly. This ensures that the separator always operates
at its optimal capacity.

There are hardly any limits when designing a mobile separation
unit. Depending on the fields of application, four Bioselect sizes
with capacities between 25 and 150 m³/h can be selected. Whether
a Bioselect RC 40 installed on a car trailer, a Bioselect RC 75 on a
mobile base frame or one to three Bioselect RC 150 on a truck
trailer – we built the mobile separator perfectly suited for your
application.
