COVID-19 Update

23.03.2020

As you know many states have issued statewide orders telling non-essential employees to stay home or shelter in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. For our customers in critical sectors as deemed by the federal government Boerger, LLC will continue to ship equipment and spare parts while following all state, local, and federal guidelines.

Our manufacturing facilities will continue to operate to keep you up and running while taking precautions to protect our shop personnel. Most of our office staff has been working remotely to ensure the same service and support you are accustomed to from Boerger. We are also available via phone and email for sales, spare parts inquiries and technical support 8AM – 5PM central daylight time.

Boerger, LLC’s management team is monitoring the situation daily and will inform you of any changes. Our employee’s safety and well-being is our highest priority and we are committed to put forth every effort to ensure a safe work environment.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Sincerely,

Jeff Seaton
Vice President

A message from our German headquarters:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Due to the unstable situation in the world and especially in Europe regarding the coronavirus pandemic, we would like to inform you that Börger GmbH has already taken measures to protect the health and safety of our employees and everyone who visits our company.

As an employer, we take responsibility for our employees and partners. Therefor we have decided to cancel business trips and customer visits and to have necessary meetings with external companies in the form of telephone conversations or conferences. Our IT has already made it possible for numerous employees to use home offices. Within the overall process, to increase the distance, workplaces are extended to additional rooms and employees divided into shifts.

We coordinate our supply situation on a daily basis. Currently we will also dispatch the deliveries on time. We cannot influence the situation of the carriers, who depend on border regulations or other events. Carriers no longer give any delivery commitments.

We hope to do everything we can to protect our employees from infection, to continue to be available to our customers in word and deed, and to remain a reliable customer for our suppliers.

Stay healthy!

Sincerely yours,

Anne Börger-Olthoff
Managing Director Börger GmbH
