work is required. The Multicrusher macerates impurities effi-
ciently and reliably. Due to its compact design, the Multicrusher
can be installed in various configurations, even in confined spaces.

The Multicrusher effectively and reliably processes solids and ensures that
downstream equipment operates smoothly.
Upon request, we can also deliver suitable control technology for the
Multicrusher. The control unit is customized to your needs.
The Multicrusher is very easy to maintain. You have access to all wear parts
through the quick-release cover. This is called “Maintenance in Place” (MIP).
All maintenance work can be done at the Multicrusher installation site
without the need to remove piping.

The quick-release cover
Access to all wetted parts through the quick-release cover –
maintenance without removal of pipe or drive systems (MIP).

The blades
You can determine the maceration degree by the choice of blade
configuration, blade widths, blade arrangement and the speed
of the Multicrusher. In case of wear, the blades can be
individually replaced.

The intermediate chamber
The large-volume quench chamber is filled with oil which cools
and lubricates the seals. The intermediate chamber protects the
gear unit from pumped medium leaking in if the seal is defective.
The oil-filled intermediate chamber ensures the highest degree of
operational safety.

The carrier gear and gear reducer
The different circumferential speeds of the carrier shafts and the
sharp blades create an excellent cutting result.
