Bituminous mixtures

An alternative was sought to the current rotary lobe pump from a competitor to convey highly abrasive bituminous mixtures. By using two Boerger Rotary Lobe Pumps in the appropriate model, the previous shaft ruptures and the high degree of wear on the sealing elements, casing and rotor could be prevented.
