The components of the Powerfeed duo
| 1 | Storage container | The Powerfeed duo can be filled directly from the 3 m wide storage container. The stainless steel storage container has a capacity of 10 t and guarantees continual loading of the Powerfeed. |
| 2 | Paddle drum | The paddle drum loosens up the biomass and ensures a uniform infeed of the solids. |
| 3 | Auger shaft | The rotating auger shaft is made of durable stainless steel. It is connected to the parallel shaft helical gear motor via the drive shaft. The other end of the auger shaft bears the rotating compactor and dosing unit and is housed in a counter bearing with a quick-release cover. |
| 4 | Press channel | The input raw material is compressed at the end of the press channel. The length of the organic plug can be individually adapted to the type of medium. |
| 5 | Induction unit | The liquid recirculate flows through the induction unit where the biomass is dispensed. The flow direction is reversible. |
