PTO pump

The volunteer fire department of a small town in the Tyrolean region of Austria uses a mobile Börger PTO shaft pump for flood protection and feeding extinguishing water. The Börger pump has a compact design and can be transported by a tractor using the three-point suspension. The pump is driven by the PTO shaft of the tractor. An independent drive for the pump is not necessary due to this construction. In this way, the mobile pump becomes even more compact and can also be used in the Tyrolean mountain areas which are difficult to reach..
